Scottish and International Actress

Vivien Taylor is an internationally nominated Scottish actress based in the United Kingdom. She has a Master of Arts with Honours in Film and Television and Theatre from the University of Glasgow.

She is no stranger to a film set or stage, having been performing since the age of three. In 2018 she received BEST LEAD ACTRESS for her role as Jennifer in UK feature film, 'TRAIN SET' in which she starred opposite Patrick Bergin. Best known for her role as the zombie Matron in action horror feature film, ‘OUTPOST II: BLACK SUN’, Vivien was delighted to play the Nurse in the prequel, ‘OUTPOST III: RISE OF THE SPETSNAZ’ which has been released worldwide. She recently completed filming a strong supporting role in UK feature film, ‘SHADOWLAND’ which should be released soon.

Playing Sheena in the Edinburgh black comedy feature film, ‘A SPANKING IN PARADISE’ was also a career highlight as it was awarded ‘Best of the Fest’ at the Edinburgh International Film Festival alongside the world’s first audio movie, ‘THE DUNWICH HORROR‘ in which she voiced the character of Lavinia Whateley, the lead character’s mother. Both projects have been released worldwide.

In complete contrast, children’s television has always been a huge passion of Vivien’s having played Lady Millicent Montague in CBBC’s ‘SPOOK SQUAD’ as well as having played an array of characters in CBBC’s comedy programme ‘HEDZ’. Possessing a young-sounding, vivacious voice, Vivien has provided the voice of various youth orientated TV commercials, jingles and voiced the educational series ‘THE POPPY STORY’ which was viewed by every school-aged child in Scotland. Most recently she provided the majority of the female voices in CBBC’s ‘OOGLIES FUNSIZE.’

2020 marks Vivien’s videogame voice debut, playing ten year old Scottish commander, Orla in ‘WARGROOVE: DOUBLE TROUBLE’ which will be available for Windows PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One from February 6th 2020, and later on PlayStation 4.

Vivien has also been writing her own comedy scripts which she is currently developing and is also looking to produce her first film project in 2020.
